"A beautiful apt high on the hill of Parzanica overlooking lake Iseo. Very comfortable. The drive is up 14 hairpin bends. While we were there, there was construction below us during the day but nighttime and weekends were quiet. Great place to bicycle or hike"

"First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! On the downside, no AC, in sunny and hot weather (daytime highs were 36 Č) it gets very hot because directly under roof, therefore windows wide open out of necessity. No screens on doors or windows to protect from the many...

"Check-in was smooth, but we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay.The AC unit was not functional—it turned on, but no cold air or airflow came out. Despite Diego visit while we were away, the issue remained unresolved, and no follow-up occurred after we requested further help.The shutter on the kitchen window, which is also the main window was broken. "La 2eme étoile n'est méritée que grâce à la vue magnifique. Sinon, l'appartement a vraiment besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement : de nombreuses lumières ne fonctionnent pas, il y a tres peu de vaisselle, le lave-vaisselle est hors service, la chaudière à gaz se met en sécurité plusieurs fois par jour (il est nécessaire de reseter ce défaut pour obtenir de l'eau chaude....c'est dangereux, la route qui passe en dessous est très bruyante de 5h à minuit....La propreté lors de notre arrivée laissait...
