Waren sehr enttäuscht, dass wir unsere Fahrräder nicht in einem geschlossenen raum unterstellen konnten, obwohl das zugesagt wurde. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gering, so dass es sehr spärlich bzw. Gar nicht kam. Der Backofen ließ sich nicht schließen und der Wasserhahn in der spüle war lose.

Sehr netter Vermieter mit tollen Tipps

Der Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, hatte immer tolle Tipps für unsere Tagesausflüge. Abends auf der gemütlichen Terrasse konnten wir den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen. Uns war aufgrund gesundheitlicher Einschränkungen eine große Dusche wichtig, das hat die Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch vom Platz angenehm groß. Man hört auf der Terrasse die Autobahn ganz leise im Hintergrund, aber in der Wohnung hört man nichts davon. Die Ferienwohnung ist im Industriegebiet in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, mit sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das ist sehr praktisch. Ausflugsziele zu einigen Stränden sind mit dem Auto in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar, Rostock ist direkt in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch unser Hund fühlte sich willkommen 😉. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Wohnung nach Roggentin. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter!

Wer etwas am Rande von Rostock sucht und dazu noch einen günstigen Preis ist hier vollkommen richtig. Sauber netter Vermieter was will man mehr, nur zu Empfehlen.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung, gute Lage, engagierter Vermieter, wir würden wiederkommen

Aufgrund spezieller Anforderungen unseres Sohnes waren wir auf der Suche nach einer FeWo in der Nähe eines Dialysezentrums, die keinen Teppichboden und genügend Platz hat. DieFerienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, daher angenehm kühl, ist gut durchlüftbar. Sie hat eine kleine Sonnenterasse und ist mit Spühmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikro, Tv, Herd, Toaster und Wlan ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, gibt gute Urlaubstipps und versorgt die Mieter mit Marmelade und Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten.
