"This cabin needs a lot of TLC. Very old, has 3 AC units because you cannot open any of the windows, The patio door out to the plywood covered deck; not kid friendly, is the only option for fresh air. Microwave, oven, and coffee pot were not cleaned, and lots of cobwebs. Although the boat landing was quite convenient being next to the cabin, it was very shallow here and challenging hooking the boat up to the dock. Having a longer dock may be the answer. "The property is on a small lake. It s very quiet area. The most noise we heard was from our grandchildren playing in the yard. There is a large yard between the house and the lake. It is ideal for yard games, there are trees there to set up the cabin’s hammock and bring one yourself, if you wish. The kayaks, canoe and paddleboat are all older, but in good condition. Since the lake is small, you will not have to watch for fast traffic. And taking kids out on the s lake is fun like it’s supposed...

"We had a great time at Bear Paw Cabin. It was large enough for our group and the sleeping arrangements were very easy to figure out with so much space. The neighboring cabin is a little closer than expected so there was some worry we were being disruptive when just sitting and talking by the fire pit. Overall though we all had a very good time and I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in the area."

"our stay was great.. cabin was what we saw when booking.. access was easy and very easy to find. peacefull with no neighbors right next door.. just feet away from the dock. this place had no steps, so easier for older folks like ourselves. If we go back to that area... i will absolutely see if this cabin is available for our next stay... the only thing that could help is maybe add a grab bar next to the shower for help. and maybe putting some grib tapes in bathtub, which was a little slippery....

"This was an amazing property that had just been through an add on process. It was so beautiful with a screened in back porch. The owners brought over a sectional patio couch and coffee table which quickly became the favorite hang out spot when not on the boat.
