Located in Voivres-lès-le-Mans in a quiet setting, this villa can accommodate up to 12 guests (adults and children) plus one baby. It is an ideal choice for family holidays, weekend getaways with friends, business trips, or sporting events.

You will have access to a lovely 600 m² garden, a large 40 m² terrace, and ample free parking. The property is ideally situated near the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and its new museum.

Nearby attractions include the La Flèche Zoo, the Domaine du Houssaye (offering a wide range of activities), the impressive Le Mans Cathedral, the Speedpark (featuring bowling, go-karting, and laser tag), the Le Mans ice rink, and more.
