"Property is as shown in pics. Staff were wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast was good Pool was as shown with spectacular views Not sure why but we were upgraded to a suite with outdoor patio and perfect views of bay and Mt Etna ..outstanding Adrianna checked us in and we loved her energy and she gave wonderful suggestions for restaurants which turned out to be the best food we ate in Taromina Would stay here every time and highly recommend"

"Secluded oasis of peace and calm. Oozing with character. V well maintained. Ideally need rental car to fully appreciated the area. Plenty of local restaurant choices 10 mins drive. 25 mins to Taormina. Nice room (junior suite), plenty of space. Bit quirky re electrical points location. Soundproofing not 100% but was never a problem. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast average. Staff professional and attentive."

"Staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, The room was beautiful, the pool lovely. Unfortunately, the water was shut off for all of our last night (no warning) . Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience. "

"I stayed at the Ariston Hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is very difficult to access, especially by car. The parking area is quite hard to reach, and navigating within the hotel itself is unnecessarily complex. Moving between different areas can be confusing and inconvenient. The reception staff, in several instances, did not seem adequately prepared to assist guests or handle requests efficiently. This negatively impacted the overall experience. The rooms are quite basic, particularly the bathrooms, which feel outdated and poorly equipped. The amenities provided are minimal and below what one would expect for this type of hotel. On a positive note, the breakfast is very good, with a decent variety and quality. Despite this, I would not recommend staying at this hotel."
