Séjour très agréable appartement très propre et bien décoré, un petit bémol manque un peu de vaisselle, sinon tout était parfait un gentil petit jardin avec terrasse, plein centre tous les commerces à 2 pas et une place de parking, des propriétaires on ne peut plus agréables, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour a refaire.

Emplacement parfait pour se familiariser avec Rodez centre et ses musées . Appartement très bien , confortable , soigné et calme . Une très bonne surprise et une très bonne adresse !!

Appartement spacieux, confortable avec terrasse en centre ville

Des propriétaires disponibles ; un appartement décoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé avec une terrasse donnant sur la nature tout en étant en limite du centre historique. Tout se fait à pied depuis l'appartement.

Hyper agréable

Logement très bien situé. On pose la voiture de devant et on peut visiter rodez à pied. Pierre le propriétaire est très sympathique. C est très propre. Très calme. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Un magnifique levé de soleil.

Un séjour presque parfait !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement/maison parfaitement situé, propre et calme. Le seul bémol tient à l'équipement un peu limité : aucune penderie, un meuble d'entrée ne supportant aucun poids, aucun moyen de nettoyer quoi que ce soit mis à part un balais, des ustensiles de cuisine (cuisson) de qualité moyenne... C'est dommage !

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft in absoluter Zentrumsnähe

Grundsätzliche Kritik an der Ausschreibung durch Fewo-direkt: Die Wohnung hat keine 2 Schlafzimmer, einzige Türe in der Wohnung ist die zum Bad/WC. Wenn man den Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorab reservieren muss, kann erwartet werden, dass darauf in der Ausschreibung hingewiesen wird. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, er reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachfragen. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und nett dekoriert. Sie war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wer nichts daran auszusetzen hat, in seinem Schlafzimmer zu kochen oder wer während seines Aufenthalts in Restaurants essen möchte, dem empfehle ich diese Wohnung.
