Then we have the perfect holiday home for you.
Whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, or with your family, we can accommodate up to 6 people. That said, the ideal occupancy (i.e., the number of guests that ensures the most comfort) is 4 people.
Your 200m² property, which is completely fenced in, is available for your exclusive use.

Would you like to travel with two families or take Grandma and Grandpa along on holiday? Then please contact me. We have another holiday home in the immediate vicinity that sleeps up to 4 people.

Our holiday home is located in a quiet, nature-surrounded weekend/holiday home area in Rodewald (the longest village in Lower Saxony).

In our lovingly furnished holiday home, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The living/dining room features a cosy corner sofa, a small dining area for 4 people (2 additional chairs can be added), and a fully equipped kitchen.
(dishwasher, oven, gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, glasses, pots, various kitchen utensils, and much more) So you don’t have to bring every little thing with you, I’m happy to provide tea towels, dishcloths, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, and coffee filters.

Sleep soundly in our small, cosy bedroom on the ground floor.

For the adventurous, head up high.
Another sleeping area is located in the attic. You can reach the sleeping area via a secure ladder.

The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.

Right next to the bathroom is a walk-in closet. There’s plenty of space for everything.

On the covered terrace, you’ll find seating as well as a gas-powered plancha grill, perfect for cooking outdoors.

Bed linens (6€ per person) and towels (4€ per person) are not included in the price. If you’d like to add these to your booking, please feel free to contact me.

You’re welcome to bring your pet with you. Please indicate this when making your reservation. I ask for your understanding that we must charge an additional flat fee of 30.00€ for this.
