"We stayed in this lovely hotel the night before our trip on the Bernina express. The hotel is in the old town of chur which is really nice with lots of historic buildings, it was about 15 mins walk to the station so perfectly placed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was from 7 the next morning but we went in just before and there were already people in there. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast which had plenty of choice to suit everyone. The room was warm and the bed comfortable our bathroom was huge and the shower was very good. This hotel is a small hotel and has lots of character I would definitely recommend it for couples."

"Staff was very professional, courteous, helpful and accommodating to me. I had a very late check-in and the hotel staff communicated well, which made the process seamless. The room was clean and there was a nice breakfast. Only a 9 min walk from Chur train station."

"The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur. "

"Clean, great staff and the willingness to help. Our train was leaving very early and when we came down to the breakfast it was still closed. They let us in even it was not open yet, we we could have a nice breakfast before our train departure. The staff was very nice and friendly."
