"I thing the place is a bit misdecribed. Receptionist was very arrogant and unfriendly at the beginning but after i put my attitude he was okay. I have Asked for room cleaning and for a washing liquid for the kitchen 3 times in 3 days row and got the room cleaned at the 4th day. And it wasn't cleaned, they have just changed the towels and emptied the bin. Such a ignorant people form Receptionist to the housekeepers. Never again"

"this hotel is out side of the frankfurt center 4-6 kilometers i think good location parking available around it some times and he have private parking too with fees no problem with me , but this 2-4 days when i was there the cleaning was not good enough"

The pool and spa area was completely overcrowded. There was absolutely no serenity or relaxation. Every area was packed with people. Very disappointing!"

"Great location near the metro and bus stations and out of the business of downtown. Only twenty minutes to Altstadt. The room was large and modern. Maid was nice. Beds were very comfortable and shower was good. There is a grocery store a block away. Negative: Front desk staff never smiled and were often put out when we asked for something. One girl even rolled her eyes when we asked for ice, (despite the staff telling us we just needed to request it and it wouldn’t be a problem). They never acknowledged us unless we were standing directly in front of them and staring at them. They put a lot it pressure on us to include breakfast in our stay even though we said no several time. But I would still stay here again because of the cleanliness, convenience and beds."
