The Jozarks Family Lake Getaway with Breathtaking Views

Come stay at the Jozarks! Consisting of the Big Kona (main house) and the Eagle’s Nest (guest house), the entire property sleeps 22 in beds (max 16 adults), making it the perfect family reunion get away! Both are beautifully furnished and located in a quiet subdivision surrounded by nature's beauty.  If you are on the lookout, you may be able to spot a bald eagle. Take advantage of a rare location near Camp Sabra that offers a large cove with calmer waters for tubing and skiing as well as convenient access to a lot of the popular lake hot spots. Go out on the paddle boards or kayaks for a nice leisurely paddle.  Enjoy a large, private, concrete dock with a swim platform that is also great for fishing. This property boasts 110 feet of lakefront access and magnificent views that go on for miles. 

PRIVATE DOCK: includes a 10 x 28 boat slip for your use (no lifts). The nearby Coffman Beach public boat ramp provides easy access if you bring your own watercraft.  Boat and jet ski rentals are located nearby.  

You will have access to the entire Jozarks property and amenities with parking included. 

The BIG KONA is a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 3 level house with wrap around deck and amazing views of the lake.

MASTER SUITE: makes up the top level of the house with a walk-out deck to relax, have your morning coffee, a glass of wine or just sit and take in the views of the breathtaking sunsets. There are 1 King and 2 Queen beds, a walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in rain head shower, mini fridge, microwave and a coffee bar with Keurig!

The MAIN LEVEL houses another bedroom with 1 Queen bed; 1 full bathroom (rain head shower); kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range and breakfast bar; dining room; and living room with a fire place. Windows line the main floor providing magnificent views of the lake from wherever you are. The French doors lead out to the screened in porch which even has a dinner bell to let the fam know when the grub is ready!

The LOWER LEVEL is home to the BUNK ROOM and perfect for families with kids to hang out. There are two triple bunks - what kids don’t want to sleep in these! The bunk room is also home to a full bathroom, walk-in closet for all the kids stuff, a sitting area with a pull out queen size sleeper sofa, another seating area with table and for some fun, and an arcade machine with 26,000 games! LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer are available on the lower level as well. The Big Kona also has an OUTDOOR SHOWER which is key for quick lakeside clean up!

The EAGLE'S NEST is a cozy 2 bedroom/1 bath guest house with a wrap around deck, open concept kitchen, dining room and living room lined with sliding glass doors providing amazing views of the lake.  Each of the 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the living room has a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper. 

Each house comes fully furnished, including beach towels for lake use, so you can leave your towels and linens at home!  Kitchens are fully equipped and for those that love to cook outdoors, there is a gas grill.  Smart TVs and wifi are available for use.  If you are traveling with a little one, there is a pack ’n’ play and booster seat available. While visiting, try your hand at our property’s signature game - “Shut the Box.”

Heading OUTDOORS at the Jozarks are lots of entertainment areas to relax and enjoy your stay with sights and sounds of the lake surrounding you. Lots of tables are available to enjoy outdoor dining, including one in the screened in porch. The boat house deck overlooks the lake and is a perfect place to relax in a lounge chair while sitting on the shoreline. 
You can also partake in other outdoor recreation activities available.  The whole family can play basketball on the basketball hoop or compete in a game of corn hole.  At night you can wind down and enjoy the sunset by the fire pit that overlooks the lake. And of course, spend lots of time on our large concrete dock which includes a gas fire pit!  

This is a very quiet neighborhood, ideal for families, a couples getaway, or fishermen looking for one of the best spots to fish on the lake!  

Waterfront dining options such as Jolly Rogers and Lake Burger are close by or you can take a short drive to Manuel's Cantina just down the road.  Jozarks is just a 20 minute drive to the Bagnell Dam strip with plenty of dining and shopping.  The outlet mall is just a 30 minute drive away in Osage Beach.  

We want you to feel at home and we know that you will quickly realize this is truly the best place on the lake!

Note outdoor security cameras are on the property: 1-front on a tree, 2-under guest house deck, 3-on boat house, 4-on back main house deck pointing towards the lake, 5-on guest house deck; these are in place simply for security of our property.
