Come enjoy this spacious luxury house, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Relax in every space including the game room, private dock, outdoor fire pit, grill & more! Spread out in the 4 bedrooms and then enjoy the beautiful lake views while using the stocked kitchen & outdoor grill area. Spend your days on the dock tanning, swimming, kayaking & leaping from the high dive, & even bring boats to tie up on the side of the dock & enjoy the lake activities!!

*No smoking of any kind*
*No party/fraternity rentals*
*Minimum renter age 21*
*NO animals/pets of any kind*
*No booking fees will be refunded. Booking fees are about 3% of total cost*

-Please note there are only parking spaces available for 4-5 cars maximum!
- 4 Large bedrooms with storage space that accommodate 11 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's and blackout curtains for privacy and comfort
- Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill area for meal preparation.
-Open dining area and living area with additional seating options.
- Game room & gathering space on lower and mid-level
- Extensive lakefront amenities including kayaks, swim mat, dive platform, wet steps, dock seating; and additional seating and hot tub on the multi-level decks. All dock amenities are included in your stay at NO extra charge

This place has all the goodies. — now it has even more

Guests have full access to the home and amenities. The dock is a private dock with a walkway. Stairs are required for access to most areas of the home.

Located on the beautiful North Shores with calm cove water access in Bouge Bay at the 4mm of the Gravois Arm. Nearby hot spots include Jolly Rogers & Boat House by land. Many more by water. The home is within 20 minutes of Bagnell Dam Strip and within 30 minutes of the tourism center in Osage Beach.

Parking: there is only room for 4-5 cars maximum on this property!

Driving involves a mix of highway, blacktop and gravel roads for access. The home is less than 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and just a 1/2 day drive from NE, IA, and IL. The closest international airport is Kansas City International with regional airports in Columbia and Springfield.

Our family came for fun all together! Celebration of Anniversary and family!We loved the location and all family fun amenities! Everyone had fun at all times’ The dock and paddle boat and Kayaks were a blast! Jumping and liliy pad so much entertainment!

Very nice property with plenty to do. If a person was bored it would be their fault. Endless options for entertainment at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house is very comfortable with everything you could need. Excellent communication and quick response.

Our entire family enjoyed this fabulous lake house. It was clean, well-stocked, nice bedrooms and an incredible dock. We utilized the hot tub, mini golf, fire pit, as well as the kayaks, paddle boat and lilly pad on the dock. We caught lots of smaller fish from the dock which was great fun for the kids especially. The master bedroom had its own air conditioner, which was perfect. The cove was also quiet for floating. We took a rented Tritoon boat to Coconuts, Jolly Roger’s, Lake Burger (Flip Flops) and Frankie and Louie’s (a little further). Loved it!
