I will start with the positive; Great Location, safe, clean, ample space, very nice owners.
Unfortunately this young couple doesn’t seem to have done this before. Bed size was not listed & it was our own fault for not asking. The double bed was not what we’d expected, the sheets were pilled & bed really not made top sheet & comforter just on top of the bed. We had to ask for pillow cases for two pillows and later discovered there was no extra blanket. The mirror over small dresser was just leaning against the wall & almost fell on the floor (very dangerous)
The listing states blow dryer which was not there along with no iron. We had to ask for paper towels & toilet paper. The kitchen had only some mismatched plates & a few cereal bowls. I had to
make a salad in a pot I found. And only 4 juice glasses for glass wear.
They need to do a bit more research on renters expectations to make it in this market.
