From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear how well-maintained this property is—the entire hotel was spotless, well-lit, and incredibly welcoming. Highlights of Our Stay: * Rooms & Property: Our room was immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable, with fresh linens and a perfectly maintained layout. The rest of the common areas were just as spotless. * Pool area & Hot Tub: The hot tub was fantastic! It was clean, warm, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of driving and exploring the area. * Breakfast & Evening Kickback: The hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic—great variety, fresh options, and plenty of space to enjoy a meal. The evening happy hour (5:30 Kickback®) was equally great with delicious complimentary food and drinks. * Exceptional Service: A massive shoutout to the amazing employee assisting with the evening happy hour on Thursday night! She was exceptionally warm, attentive, hard-working, and went above and beyond to make sure every guest had a wonderful experience. That level of genuine hospitality truly set this stay apart. If you’re visiting Chattanooga, this hotel is a gem. We will definitely be back on our next trip through the area!"
