The room was clean and as advertised. It was slightly smaller than expected but fine. Virtual check in was a little annoying just because the internet took a long time and we were checking in late and it didn't feel completely safe standing out there, but overall it was fine.

Clean room and nice lobby. Friendly free 30 minute checkout extension was nice to know they provided. Complimentary coffee in lobby was a great bonus.

My stay was decent. I think my experience would have been different ultimately had the 3 people working the front desk were friendly and helpful and not rude. I will never stay here again. Period.
