About this property

Wooded retreat on golf course with rec path. Modern decor w amazing outdoor area

  • Relax with cozy morning or evenings on the beautiful front porch with old style swing. Sectional with blankets and pillows if you want to watch a movie outside at night. Enjoy the secluded views from the top of the cul-de-sac with an 'emerald forest' next to you.

    Main living space is wide open with kitchen, living room and dining room all one open space. Real woodburning fireplace with gas starter is great for evenings when it is cooler.

    Backyard is next to the Red Barn Club House. New TopTracer driving range bays are small walk away... Privacy fence gives plenty of privacy, but there is a view of the 9th hole and some gorgeous sunsets!

    Backyard has many large mature burr oak trees and landscaping. Large fire pit with view over gold course is great for summer and fall evenings. Tree fort is nestled into the woods.

    Kitchen is fully equipped for home made meals. Wifi is super fast T-mobile Fiber.
