  • Welcome to your waterfront escape in Rockport, Texas! Enjoy beautiful coastal views, a private fishing pier, direct waterfront access, and multiple outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunrise or sunset.

    This comfortable coastal home features an open living and kitchen area with natural light and water views. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, and a playpen is available for little ones. Bright, naturally lit bathrooms and a wraparound upstairs deck add to the comfort and coastal feel. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, so you can pack lighter and enjoy more time at the coast.

    Outside, fish from the private pier with green light or straight from the waterfront edge, launch from the small boat ramp, or enjoy a bay excursion on one of the 3 kayaks. A BBQ grill and a fire pit are ready to be enjoyed day or night. The newly installed fence makes the backyard a safe space for small dogs. Other amenities include fishing poles, beach chairs, and beach toys for day trips to either Rockport or Port Aransas beaches.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Outdoor items: Please return kayaks, fishing equipment, beach chairs, toys, and other outdoor items to their original locations. Confirm pier gate is closed and pier lights are off.
Fire pit: If you used the fire pit, please make sure the fire is completely extinguished.
Pets: Please make sure all pet waste has been picked up and disposed of properly. If pet waste is left behind and discovered after checkout, a $100 pet waste cleanup fee will be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host thought of everything we could need for our stay. We had a great time. The private pier was great when you have little ones learning to fish. We didn’t have to go else where in crowds. Beach is not far and we enjoyed every moment. The beds were very comfortable. Sheets, blankets pillows. (This matters to me) I can’t sleep on uncomfortable beds. We will definitely book this place again.

Spent a few days here in early October and it was clean and peaceful, simply no complaints. Nicely appointed with everything you need to be comfy. Responsive, accommodating owners/hosts. From the pier to the balcony, plenty of places to sit and view Copano Bay. I especially appreciated the dog-friendliness, as I brought my little 16 year old elderly pup; fully fenced yard and gates at the inside and outside stairs kept him safe. The hosts provided a nice guide that included dog-friendly restaurants and vet numbers, etc. Highly recommend for a pleasant, stress-free stay on Copano Bay. Book it!
