Our fully renovated 3 bedroom cottage style unit offers all of the amenities needed for a perfect Rockport vacation. Enter from your side patio area with views of the harbor. The master suite has queen bed , private bathroom, sitting area and non working fireplace. Down the hall is another bedroom with queen bed. The third bedroom features a twin trundle bed. The open floor plan living room/dining area abuts a chefs kitchen with all the amenities needed to enjoy great family meals . Brick patio area features dining table and chairs , gas grill and beautiful flower and herb gardens for your enjoyment. Top this all off with central a/c and two parking spaces and you have the perfect Rockport vacation home just steps from downtown restaurants and shops on Bearskin Neck. Less than 1/2 mile walk to Front Beach or Old Garden Beach.

Ideal location

We would highly recommend this picturesque Rockport home! It was clean, cozy, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Choice location in Rockport

It’s a great spot in downtown Rockport, within walking distance of beaches, shops, and sightseeing. It also has one very scarce feature in Rockport: parking! The house is well-stocked with appliances and utensils, and is clean and comfortable. It also has some fascinating history. We’ve been there more than once, and have already booked it again for next year

The Perfect Fall Girls Trip

Our stay with Jonathan and Ellie was nothing short of amazing! The location was walking distance to everything, including Bearskin Neck the train station. The cottage was spotless, comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed bundling up and utilizing the fire table on the front patio since the nights were cooler. Communication was easy and straight forward. My friends and I would love to stay here again! It was the perfect escape.

Great Stay, Prime Location

We booked the cottage for a girls fall getaway and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Rockport is a lovely town and the location of the property is top notch, close to all the shops, restaurants and beach area. There is parking onsite, an outdoor area with a fire table and chairs, and everything you could possibly need at your home away from home. Plenty of space for 4 women. Easy train ride or Uber ride into Salem and other neighboring towns. Thank you to the owners for being so attentive and communicative. It was a vacation we will hold near and dear.

Beautiful property. Perfect location. It was great to have 3 bedrooms and two baths. The only challenge was the AC in the living area. It did not cool adequately, especially during the heat advisory we had for a few days. The AC in the bedrooms were great.

Lovely Getaway!

It was a wonderful stay in Rockport and our hosts, Ellie and Jonathan were lovely. They worked very hard to make sure that we were comfortable in our surroundings. The condo is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The location is perfect for walkability to all that Rockport has to offer. All in all, a fabulous vacation!!

Rockport visit

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The cottage was great. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Bearskin Neck and Motif #1 along with great restaurants and stores. It was a little too chilly to be out on the patio but we will return here again. Thank you very much.

Heaven On Earth in Rockport Ma

Another wonderful week in Rockport at a picture perfect home. I can't say enough about this rental - spotless upon check-in, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and furniture and all the items needed for a fun day at the beach. Enjoyed using the fire pit at night and taking in the sun on the lovely patio located right outside our front door. The charming town is right down the block and the beach a short walk away. We have been vacationing at Rockport for over 20 years and we always find something new every year. The events at the beautiful Music Theatre are so entertaining. We will definitely be returning to Jonathan and Ellie's amazing home next summer. They are the most accommodating hosts who are always available from start to finish. And we were so happy to meet Jonathan in person when he stopped by to check on the fire pit.

Fabulous location and house

Family celebrations

The stay here was wonderful. We had two houses as our family consists of 8 adults and 4 children. Everything that the listing had said is true. Excellent location to Bear Skin Neck and Front Beach. The children really enjoyed Front Beach. Both houses were fully equipped with everything that you would need, including beach chairs, umbrellas and some sand toys. You are within walking distance of so many restaurants and of course all the quaint stores that make up Bear Skin Neck. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Once again our stay in Rockport was great! We have stayed at this Rockport property for few years now. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the owners very helpful and available.

Our favorite home away from home!

This is our third year in a row staying in this cottage. We love the location, how it is private with parking, but still close to Gloucester and other shopping areas. Plenty of space! I do wish the master bedroom had a king bed, but other than that we love the property.

Lovely place by the harbor

The cottage is just around the corner from the harbor and provides a good access to all the shops and views you could want. Plenty of space inside to stretch outz and Jonathan was always on the ball no matter what may be at issue with the residence. Good bit of relaxation. Property is not designed around disability access, however. Front step is a 6 inch rise and the master bedroom, fireplace, and the attached bathroom is all up on a raised floor with additional steps to the shower.

Cozy Stay with Amazing Location!

Wonderful large in town condo

The unit was steps away from the many shops and restaurants in town. We walked everywhere. The master bedroom is fantastic with a cute sitting area and a great view from every window. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer were full size. We had a great time exploring the area.
