Pull up the the house and enjoy your reserved parking (a luxury in downtown Rockport!). The first floor of the home is an open concept space with living room, dining area, and kitchen all connected. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's room for 4 at the bar or just walk a few steps to take your meals to the beach!

The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and is kitted with a smart TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. This space is also stocked with games and toys making it the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day of exploring.

☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆

Climb up the stairs and you'll find two generous sized bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests. The primary bedroom is fitted with a King-size bed and walk in closet (perfect for a pack and play!). There's even a convenient washer and dryer tucked in there perfect for drying off wet suits after a day at the beach!

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of room to unpack in the closet. You'll also find a twin sized air mattress here that can sleep an additional adult or kid in the bedroom or living room!

The second floor also has the renovated full bathroom with large walk in shower.

Outside the house you'll find a bin stocked with beach chairs and toys. All this just steps away from all the sights and attractions of Rockport!

Serene Beach Days

The property is exactly as pictured, it was so convenient to beaches, restaurants, and more. We could come and go with our dog and the neighbors were pet-friendly as well. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon. Thanks Rachel!

Wonderful Home!

We booked this property for a girls weekend with my 4 year old niece, sister, mom & myself. The house felt really safe and cozy, we loved the layout, having access to a washing machine and proximity to the charming town of Rockport. Check in & and out were super simple, the owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful little house near everything

A charming, newly updated, light-filled house tucked away in a quiet corner of Rockport but within easy walking distance of beaches and town. Scrupulously clean, comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the shower. Kitchen needs to be better equipped, for example with salad bowl and utensils, and bedrooms need to have racks for suitcases and chairs to sit in.

Beautiful and clean house!

Three adults and two smallish dogs stayed at this wonderful house in Rockport. We could easily walk to shopping and beaches and then drove to a few places further away. The house had plenty of space for two couples and was extremely convenient. The neighbors next door were very nice and welcoming. I used the guidebook and had zero questions

this place is amazing!! the pictures give a very accurate representation of what to expect when you get there. such a great location so close to local beaches and shops. if youre looking for a place to stay and dont want to be driving your car around looking for parking, then this is the place to be. The house was super clean, easy to get to, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Rachel is an amazing host and was always there to answer any questions we could have had regarding our stay. She is super helpful and kind and we for sure will be back here! thank you so much Rachel & your lovely team :)

My family was planning a New England fall trip, but we also wanted to check out some of the Massachusetts Coast. We landed on Rockport and wanted to have a comfortable place to lay our heads at night. Once we arrived, the location was very easy to find with the use of the hosts guide and very detailed videos. There was an issue with the electronic lock to get into the home, but this was very quickly resolved thanks to the hosts quick response. Once we got into the home, everything was very clean and set up very nicely. We had pretty much everything we needed. Once we got upstairs, the views from the windows were incredible. And you can see the ocean from the second floor. That was wonderful to be able to see the sunrise and know that it was time to go check out the beach. The beach was literally just steps away And very easy to get to.The neighbors were wonderful and very kind. The town of Rockport is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely book again and stay at this lovely location.
