"Overall we were disappointed in our stay here, especially for as much as we paid. The service was poor- our room was not ready when we arrived, we had to ask multiple times for things like drinks or towels, there was no one at the desk to help us book a cab, etc. Compared to other placed we visited on the island, the staff here didn't seem to care about providing a good experience for their guests. The food was fine, but several items on the buffet ran out, and dessert was served with plastic wrap draped over it. It did not feel like a luxury meal. The dining experience overall was lackluster. The room was also adequate, but had several broken elements, the Wifi kept going in and out, Netflix didn't work, and the staff was unwilling/unable to help with any of it. Also, they didn't have chairs down at the beach, and we had to figure out how to get chairs to relax. Overall it was a very disappointing experience for as much as we paid for our stay, and I would NOT recommend it to others."

"I don't like to leave negative reviews for hotels. I feel like you can't please everyone all the time. However, I had to make an exception for this one. We booked this trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. It started out great the property is located right on a beautiful beach. The hotel room "appeared" to be perfect. First came the issue with our dinner reservations for my husband's birthday. The person that booked the dinner reservations made a mistake and didn't enter it into their system. Mistakes happen. No worries. When we showed up at the restaurant the two hostesses were so unprofessional about it. Basically, telling us that we had to find somewhere else to eat since we were not booked for that night. Thankfully, I had the list of restaurants on a piece of paper from the woman that originally booked us and retrieved it from my room which still did not rectify the situation immediately or give us an apology for the way they initially acted. Eventually we were seated but at that point we felt very unwelcomed. In addition, 2 days in we noticed that my son had bites on him but not realizing what it was we brushed it off. By the end of our 5-day trip, my son had multiple bites all over his body. When we realized this was an issue we went to guest services in the lobby. There were 3 people that saw the bites and brushed us off. I took several pictures and consulted with our doctor today and he indeed confirmed that he was bitten by bed bugs. "

"Overall fabulous stay! Staff are so attentive and courteous, adults only rooftop is fab, the infinity pool downstairs is perfect for a morning swim - rooms are spacious and all rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was outstanding with the selection on offer - cannot wait to stay again "

"Room was nice and clean with plenty of room. AC units are dated and loud. But still managed a good nights rest. (FYI: all rooms i have stayed in at this location have the same AC units, and same noise issue). Staff is wonderful and really helpful."

"This property is in a good location, close to many beaches and amenities. I have been here several times, but I find the upkeep has gone down. All of our in-unit appliances were extremely old and the fridge leaked the entire time (it was replaced on the day we checked out). The power and wifi went out a few times during our 10 days. The furniture is very dated and could use replacement asap. The bathroom has a lot of signs of wear too. The cleaning staff were amazing but I miss the old hotel manager. I would stay again as it is good value for money and the pool area is beautiful and quiet. But if you are used to a 4 star - this place is not for you."
