"Room was a little ‘tired’. Guests above us must have been rearranging furniture all night. Slamming drawers and stomping around until midnight. Then started again at 6am. We’ve stayed at several Residence Inn’s over the last few years and the bed here was terrible. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast attendants.
