1. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be one of the occupants of the home for the entire duration of the rental period.
2. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, please be respectful of the neighbors
3. All cars must park on the property driveway, 7 car maximum. No street parking allowed.
4. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property Violation fee $500+
5. No Parties or Events
6. No Pets unless declared in reservation and additional pet fee paid
7. Guest amount on reservation includes visitors. No more than 20 people allowed on the property
8. Exterior of home is professionally monitored to ensure these rules are met, the home also has noise monitors.
9. Violation of house rules will constitute forfeiture of security deposit as well as any and all additional fees for extra cleaning, damage to property, missing items/remotes, and potential to be banned from AirBnb.
10. Primary renter shall share these rules with everybody they bring to the property.
11. Guest registration required: The homeowners association governing this property requires a government-issued photo ID on file for the guest renting the home, with verification that the guest matches their ID and the reservation account name. After booking, you will be asked to provide this through the Airbnb message thread before check-in details are issued.
