You won't be disappointed by Chieftain Meadows. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. 20+acres to explore. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Beautiful, private setting with plenty of space to relax and recharge. The covered wrap around deck is complete with rocking chairs and picnic tables, plenty of seating for all. The lower level is complete with a game room to keep your family and friends entertained.

Additional Bedroom with a twin over twin bunkbed

Upstairs:
2 private bedrooms both with queen beds

We are located less than 20 minutes from Old Man's Cave and less than 10 minutes from Rock House, Cantwell Cliffs and Clear Creek Metro Park.

Nightly rates are based on 8 guests. There is a $20 charge for each additional guest per night with a maximum of 12 (including adults and children).

Excellent experience

Overall a great stay. The home is very clean and very well stocked. The beds have a lot to be desired, but that wasn't a deal breaker by any means. We had an issue when we first got there, but it was handled promptly by the owner. We would defintely stay here again and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful property

Wonderful property in a great location. The owner (Tanya) was in contact before and during the trip to make sure everything would be/was perfect. The property was exactly as advertised. There was 10 of us, 4 generations of family, and we all had a great time and enjoyed the home. Would definitely stay here again. Great home for a large family to stay!

My husband and I stayed at Chieftain Meadows for 3 nights with our 4 children and their friends. We had a wonderful stay! The home is very clean and well kept. We had lots of room for all 10 of us to sleep comfortably. The game room was a big hit for all the kids (age range 17-24 years old) to have fun and play games when we were not out exploring Hocking Hills area attractions. I would highly recommend staying at Chieftain Meadows and would stay again if we are in the area.

Lovely Cabin!

The cabin is a beautiful and private getaway in the country! It’s about 30 mins from the main hikes in Hocking Hills. It had all the supplies we needed for a fun weekend stay. The only downfall to the stay was completing all the check out rules before departure. We felt like we had to spend our whole last morning cleaning, doing dishes, stripping the beds, collecting and starting the laundry, taking out the trash, etc. It just wasn’t a relaxing way to end the trip.

It's a great property. It's in good condition, private and spacious. The layout was perfect for our family trip which included three family units with four small children. The wrap-around deck provided a lot of nice outdoor space for eating and/or just enjoying the setting. They also had plenty of games and things for the kids to get into.

Beautiful location and Home

Plenty of space for 8 adults and a 2 yr old. Deer were seen while sitting outside on the balconies. The kitchen was truly stocked. We cooked both inside and the grill. The fire pit was nice in the evenings. It was very clean and the AC worked perfectly. Just know that as stated your cell reception is spotty. Streaming did not always cooperate- buffing and just loosing signal all together. You have to drive but within 20 minute drives to old Man’s Cave, Logan Lake, shopping and dining out.

What a Gem!

This property absolutely exceeded expectations. The host checked in with us before we even arrived to make sure everything was in order. This was, by far, the most well provisioned rental I have ever had. If every property we have stayed at was like this, I would never hotel again. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, toiletries, plates, bowls, etc. I couldn't believe my eyes that I had a full grill set, pot holders, and every pot I could imagine to cook with. Also soap in every bathroom! What a dream! For the money you pay for rentals and post-Covid, hand soap should just be a staple in a rental home. At this house, it was...in every bathroom. Amazing. They literally have thought of everything. And when the ice maker wasn't pulling its weight, we offered to buy some ice trays so we could put ice in our water bottles. Nope, the host overnighted us trays! No one has ever been that responsive to such a simple request before. Thank you for such an amazing stay and for making sure your guests are so comfortable. It was just like staying at home, but with more beautiful views and no housework staring you in the face.

Perfect Getaway

Very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the outdoors and the adults lived the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed for easy cooking. Very relaxing stay!

Spacious, beautifull, clean, tasteful, fun.

This is a great place. The location is great, right in the midle of the forest, the views are great and access to the trails are very close. The cabine/house is excellent. The spaces are very well design to feel comfortable. It seems to be a brand new construction. The house not only has everything a house needs, but everything seems to be of a very good quality. Whoever was in charge of furnishing and decorating it did not spear any expenses, she/he got high end quality and had great tast. As for entertainment, the cabine has more than planty for several days, we were there 4 days, and we never run out of something to do inside. They have several options, and once again, everything of great quality.Finally, the place was spotless, every singe area and stuff was very clean.I highly recomend it.
