A lovely little creek runs on the north side of the house, offering guests a bit of extra privacy, and the town's charming shops and restaurants await half a mile north. And whether you choose to spend your days beachcombing, surfing, or sunbathing, you'll always come home to a private foosball table, a gas fireplace, and a luxurious jetted bathtub in the master suite.

Great view and access to beach made the home great. Home could use some maintenance lights where burned out, tvs not all working properly and vents and baseboards needed some cleaning but was still able to enjoy the view.

Big 47th Birthday weekend with friends. Kids, teens, adults and we got to bring our dog. The house was comfortable and views and location was fantastic.

Rockaway Beach family vacation

We loved being right on the beach. It was awesome. The views were perfect. It was fun having the hot tub to sit and look out over the beach on the ocean. The house could use some upkeep. Where the bedrooms were on the second floor they were bunk beds for the kids by the windows. The windows were right even with the beds and when they were open, there were no screens on the windows. Luckily, we had older kids that stayed in those bunks. We love the kitchen area and the family area. There were extra tables and chairs for our family, but some were broken. We had to be careful overall we had a wonderful time here.

Awesome views right on the beach

We loved this large home right on the beach! Waking up to the sounds and beautiful views of the ocean was wonderful. We wish they would have maintained and cleaned it better, but we still had an awesome time there and would return again.

This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing) but was overall pretty clean. With all that said, we would rent it again in a heartbeat and hope we can!

Had a great time with our family!

Upon check in, we had some issues with the rooms being locked and had to be walked through over the phone in order to open the doors so we could get settled in. Overall stay was great and had plenty of room for the family. Property right on the beach made for some amazing memories. Wish the beds were a tad more comfortable- but overall great place.

Great location but needs a deep clean!

We loved the location of this vacation home, and the hot tub was definitely a highlight—clean, relaxing, and a great feature after long days out. That said, the home itself really needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness. There was a noticeable layer of dust throughout the house—on the baseboards, in the corners, on light fixtures, and especially the bathroom fans. Some of the towels were dirty on arrival, and a couple of the beds had sheets that didn’t appear freshly changed. The kitchen drawers and cabinets felt grimy, and most of the furniture and surfaces were in need of a deep clean (sticky surfaces, dusty upholstery, etc.). The house has great potential—it just needs a thorough, professional cleaning and maybe a fresh coat of paint to bring it up to the standard you'd expect at this price point. If cleanliness isn’t a big concern for you, the location and hot tub might make up for it. But if you’re looking for a well-maintained and truly clean rental, this one may fall short.

Good location

Good location right on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable but as stated in previous reviews, the place is run down and needs work. Paint, furniture, flooring, etc are in pretty bad shape. Having said that, it's not the kind of place where you have to worry about damaging some expensive part of the house or furniture. Communication was great.

Loved location, house had plenty of room. However this house needs major interior work done so many broken things & is a safety hazard! The sliding door panel fell out knocked my grandson over, thanking our lucky stars the baby (no baby in the Walker) Walker took the fall of door otherwise would crush him!!!!

Great Family Home

The customer service was phenomenal. Absolutely any issue we had was addressed professionally, politely and timely. A couple of things couldn't be fixed, like the lack of ice and water from the fridge. But, everything else was addressed immediately, including mgmt wanting to send a housekeeping team to straighten a messy closet. Yes, there are a few cosmetic issues, like dings and need for a little painting and repair, but nothing major. Our biggest issues was the lack of screens, which prevented us from opening the windows since flies and bees would come in. Our family group of 23, with 11 kids!, really enjoyed staying here. There was lots of room. We made the 3 bathrooms situation work and I don't recall ever having to wait to use the bathroom, though I did have to go to a different bathroom a few times. My 1st choice wasn't always available. The proximity to the beach, town and walking trails was awesome. We walked to the historic train and we loved being able to just wander with everything within a 15 minute walk. The house was extremely well stocked with an abundance of sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, kitchenware, spices, etc. The furniture is comfortable. This is just a great property and a great management team. I'm very happy we stayed here. My entire family talked about how much we enjoyed this property. Thank you!
