"Room was clean, beds comfortable, good sized tv. Shower pressure was good, water was hot, drained properly. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages; waffles, bagels, bread/toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, oj and coffee. We did not get to use the pool during our visit but it looked decent. Only issues we had was our door sticking and making it tough to open, my husband didn't care for the floors - he prefers carpet, and one day of our stay the breakfast area was too full so we took our breakfast back to our room. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Branson in the future."

"The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for our truck. Our cards didn’t work to the room and we had to go back to the front office. Then they called to say we had not completed the paperwork, which I had filled out while there for check in so we had to go back to the office again. The carpet in the rooms needs a deep clean. Our actual stay was really good and they have plenty of things to keep you busy onsite though."

"We were greeted by the nicest woman when we entered the door! She truly made us feel welcomed and important! Our room was beautiful and very close to the indoor pool and hot tub and also the dining room which had a great buffet breakfast! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this establishment! The Hotel Grand Victorian is a beautiful place to stay!"
