You will have an adorable cottage to spend your downtime in after all the activities of the day. This home features a nicely equipped kitchen, and a cozy space to hang out and relax. Step out outside and take in the sounds of the lake and the amazing views from our outdoor seating area.

Bedroom has one Queen size bed.



STOCKED ITEMS

All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.

Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags

Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.

All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.

This adorable cottage sits right on Lake Taneycomo, make sure to bring your fishing license & poles! Enjoy some local dinner at 'The Pizza Cellar' just two blocks away and check out 'White River Coffee' on your way out for your daily adventures!



Other Things to Note:

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.

**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.

**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.

**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.



**Minimum booking age is 21.
