Great place for the night. Rooms were a bit run down, and outside was unkept-broken sidewalks. Room phone didnt work and needed help and no one was in the office shortly after i checked in.

I liked that it is pet friendly without smelling like pets, as well as the location (right off the interstate). What I didn't like was not having toilet paper, the disgustingly sticky-dirty tv remote, and the lazy manager's solution to pandemic continental breakfast, which was cups of orange juice. She/they could have offered packaged food items like muffins, donuts, etc. After all, a continental breakfast is advertised. It was the equivalent of staying at Motel 6, but more costly.

Filthy and dilapidated!
This motel was absolutely disappointing in every way! The building in which our room was located was dilapidated and the roof was held in place in several spots with raw plywood. The room itself was extremely dirty! Long black hairs on the toilet and debris on the bathroom floor! It appeared the room had not been vacuumed in quite some time. Would certainly have stayed elsewhere if not for prepayment of the room. Beware of this place and stay somewhere else!

Initial room had threadbare carpet, cobwebs, few functioning lights and snarled strongly of dog. Requested a different room and was accommodated with the replacement room being much better but then intermittently through the stay had the strong smell of cigarette smoke which was coming in through the heating duct/vent. Would likely have canceled the booking after the initial room but was trapped by the non-refundable nature of the booking. Ironically, the Expedia non-refundable price was the same as the hotel listed price causing us to wonder what possible help it was to book through Expedia at all since doing so trapped us into a disappointing property.

All I can say is the place needs bulldozing and replacing. Thr staff at checkout were rude and unhelpful. The food hygiene was something else!!! Total waste of money

No cleaning in between nights. Staff did not seem to carry a vacuum. We had to ask for clean towels, coffee, soap, etc the 2nd day. The floor was uneven (it was a cement floor under the carpet). The hotel was in desperate need of updating - walls are only 1 1/2" thick, ceiling was only 7' tall (basketball players please avoid!).

Worse stay of my life, frooze as heating system didn't work next morning was told they have disconnect under switch in bathroom area, also head only light blanked and sheet. Put us on interstate side very very loud and that combitnation means I'm way tired now then when I checked in. Staff was friendly. However it blows my mined this place has 2 star rating. I give it NO star rating. Also look at reviews there are none as owners remove them to stay in business.

Bad stay
The first room I checked into had no heat, it was below freezing that night. The television did not work and the curtains on the window did not adequate adequately cover for privacy. The second room after I moved had no heat. The desk Clerk did not tell me where the switch for the heat was, as I discovered that in the middle of the night. Worst stay in a long time.

The entire motel is run down. Our room was clean but the conditions of everything but the beds was worn out. Some lights didn’t work; TV did not work; not all the plugs worked; carpet was worn out and; shower was worn. And very poor benefit.

This hotel was clean but was old. I was on a motorcycle trip and needed a room. At $65.00 a night I thought I would give it a try. The place was clean but the hotel could use some TLC ... Got in late and was tired, funny thing was I was tired enough I could not find the heat !!!! Found it the next morning. lol. It was okay for the price. Two other hotel were booked and the Best Western wanted $165.00 a night. I went with price.

STAY AWAY
we drove up and notice a fairly new building with the office in it. So, we thought things would be fine. The reservation desk looked just fine. However, when we were assigned our room and drove around back as instructed, the building looked as if it was built in the 1950's. The quality of the room very much reflected that era of building. The door did not open without putting your shoulder into it. The lock on the door did not work properly. The walls had holes in them that were patched and still showing. Both the bathroom sink and the tub had large cracks in them that had been somewhat "repaired". The carpet was old, warn, and torn. It appeared as if it had not been shampooed in years. The air conditioner was somewhat installed in a window. At night when we went to bed we literally wedged the ironing board under the door knob for security. I would never recommend this motel to anyone for any reason. Their "pet friendly" policy also allowed us to listen to a dog a couple of rooms down most of the night.

Days Inn Rock Springs was OK. Our room seemed fairly clean. The breakfast was pretty good for a budget motel. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. There was an old stain on one of the sheets which creeped out my kids. Room was well worn and could use some updating.

After we checked in, we found our room smelled like stale smoke. We only had one small bar of soap. When I went to see if I could get another the office was closed and the door locked. Then, going to bed it was like laying on a slab of plywood. Didn’t get a good nights sleep.

Dirty disgusting dump. Room was dirty, outdated, ripped bedding, dirty stained ripped carpet. Air unit in window didn’t work. Window treatments had knots and plastic ties. Door had space between for bugs to come in. I drove 12 hours and was too tired to complain. It wasn’t worth $25 a night. I paid almost 90 which was getting in and out in 6 hours!!!!

Terrible Stay
At the Days Inn, we were all checked in. I had asked about the pool and was told it wasn't working. My small children had been traveling all day and it was the 1 thing they were looking forward to. The room was very dated. The box springs in one bed was duct taped. In the other bed, the box springs was taped and also ripped with springs sticking out. The mattress also had red stains along the sides that I am praying was not blood. The shower bottom was all ripped up. The floor also was very bumpy under the carpet. Unsure what it was. The microwave we were told would be in the room was missing. The TV was from decades ago. We also had no working phone. There was also a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice but when we asked for a room change because of all the issues, we were told there were no more. There were a lot of empty rooms but maybe because of remodeling?Very scary stay!

Well where do I begin I guess at check in there was a young lady/girl that greeted us (my wife and myself) when we walked into the lobby she proceeded to check us in and we received one door card to unlock door which didn’t work my wife drove back to office and the girl gave my wife a second card which that didn’t work so my wife walked back to the office and the girl walked back to the room with my wife and she opened the door with her card. My wife and I didn’t leave the room to go get something to eat for fear of not getting back into the room. The next thing was that the WiFi that we received at the office of the motel didn’t work as it directed us to a different website that was entirely different than what was on the card I received from the girl who checked us in so we just “said forget it” the remote for the TV didn’t work and all the channels were fuzzy or the sound was bad. As far as I am concerned for what we paid for the room wasn’t worth the cost. The only good thing I could say was the room was clean and the shower was great and the bed was comfortable and the Continental breakfast was really good. Overall I guess I could give it about 2 1/2 stars only because of the bed and shower and b-fast

This property was very rundown and even dingy. The TV was probably 30 years old and had lines across the top screen. I was unable to connect the Wi-Fi. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and I don't consider myself a picky sleeper. The sink and bathroom area did appear clean. I truly would not stay here again if it was for free. This property was just in a very rough condition. I do not enjoy sounding so harsh but my experience just was not a good one.

Not the happiest.
Customer service out of most was a five. There was black mold in the bathroom. My friend is now sick from it because she has a weak immune system. There was no heat in room 305. I wouldn't recommend staying here for any amount of money.
