A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. "I really liked the community around the Hotel. A bit difficult to get transport, but I was offered transport by strangers on several occasions..Thanks to people of Annemasse. The two gentleman at hotel reception were awesome..just the one lady who was so rude and unfriendly...but no stress I am happy about my stay given the cost."

"The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helped me with a reservation glitch. The beds were clean and comfortable along with a nice bathroom, en suite, including shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. Restaurants and train station within walking distance. This is a quaint little town just a 20 minute train ride from Geneva. The hotel is a gem and I would definitely stay here again."
