The second floor has a bedroom suite with a bath, office area, family room, and a wonderful cozy patio. Two stories of windows provide a delightfully bright interior with views of nearby parks.

The unit is 1,100 square feet and uniquely designed with two separate living areas on each level. All furnishings have been carefully selected to provide guests with a luxurious "Miami-style" environment that includes high-quality linens and towels, bedding, original artwork, and much more. The unit also comes with an ensuite stackable washer and dryer.

The family room on the second level has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a 55" SMART TV. There is also a small dedicated office that allows guests to telecommute. Downstairs, you will find the dining room with seating for six and a large galley kitchen with every gadget to prepare whatever is on the menu for that evening.

The building offers an incredibly colorful and well-equipped community room for guest's personal use upon request. Other amenities include private workstations for guest meetings with a reservation, a bike storage room, a fitness room with professional equipment, and a landscaped outdoor common area with a barbecue. A dedicated dog park from the outdoor seating and dining area is right down the lane. To top it off, the unit has one dedicated garaged parking space inside the building and plenty of outdoor spaces for guests.
