Please be respectful of the neighbors. We have designated quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM, this includes hot tub use. This will be strictly enforced.
Parking is available for 2-4 vehicles in front of the garage. Upon request, overflow parking can be organized across the street.
Access to the entire home except for the garage and specific storage closets. The lower level commercial fridge and mixer not included in guest access

Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at

You know how sometimes you book a place that looks great online only to be disappointed by reality? This place isn’t it. It is even more beautiful in person than it is in pictures. We had my daughter’s birthday party here and couldn’t have been happier. The owner even set up the tables and chairs for us. The home is spotless and has so much to keep the keeps entertained. You won’t be disappointed! !

Awesome Experience- Awesome Host

A small group of friends came to stay for a long weekend to catch up and celebrate an engagement. We had a great weekend enjoying the property, beautiful weather, and an excellent host. I could not recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed. It had everything we needed for a friend getaway and so much more. Definitely check out the hosts recommendations around the bay, we had a blast! The next time we find ourselves in the Rochester area, we will be keeping this place in mind.
