Incredible service, helpful staff. 4 is because the snack vending machine is broken, there weren’t other options and we would have like some snacks. Other than that, the stay and place were great!

I am sorry the dog woke you. Not sure how much power we have over that. We alow dogs simply because we are being empathetic of the idea of dogs are wonderful for emotional support and service while traveling.

It was a great experience- all staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful; the room was clean; beds were very comfortable; and we felt safe. It was only one night, but it was a great stay!

Thank you for the good rating, even with our limited breakfast items. We apologize you were not happy with breakfast. We do the best we can with the licensing and regulations needed to serve hot food. we are trying to get some protein added to the options but again its important we stay within the rules and regulations.

The hotel was very clean and always seen someone either mopping or vacuuming. Would definitely stay again. Maybe could of had a little better breakfast

If your into free breakfast this might not be the place for you. Other than that clean quiet great staff and a Perkins connected.

Convenient location near convention center. Staff was accessible and friendly. Only "issue" was a decrease in quality of breakfast offerings.

Ok stay for sleep
Room was so so on cleanliness, they are working on updates but room definitely not completed. Give it a few more days. Room smaller heavily if fresh paint, to give credit staff did offer is another room. But it was late and we were tired. bed was ok, area was pretty quiet on our side of hotel. Was a quick in and out. Breakfast what you expect at this price, mostly carbs, but fresh and plentiful, breakfast area was clean and well taken care of.

Hotel room 110 smells like dirty socks/mold. Hits you so bad but arriving at midnight we really all just fell into bed instead of trying to switch rooms but leaving room for breakfast and coming back in was like hitting us with a Bag of bricks. Said something to desk and they shrugged it off like it wasn’t a shock or a surprise. Also there was barely anything for breakfast. No fresh fruit, it was oatmeal, bread, mini muffins, coffee and limited juice. There was also yogurt. No protein options. Housekeeping was slamming doors at 730 in the morning too, bringing loads of towels out of a room. Very terrible stay and we were there less then 8 hours. I do not recommend!

If your on a cross country drive the ease of entering a clean quiet hotel and exiting with a good night sleep and breakfast this hotel can't be beat.

The property in all was just a decent. The free breakfast consist of cereal, bread, rolls and other processed foods. No proteins just carbs. It appears that the property owners don't wanna take responsibility for much. As in vending machines are not their property so if you have a problem you need to get ahold of the vending machine owner. Sign on a door stating that they do not I do believe the words were have stay over services which means they will not Service your room every day. If you need anything gold down to the front desk. They are still blaming shortage of staff on the covid pandemic.
