  • This historic 1905 home is the depiction of Victorian elegance. This gem is situated in one of Rochester’s most desirable neighborhoods; located between Park Ave and East Ave. New to the market, you will find a private, spacious, second floor apartment with a private balcony. This unit has been recently renovated, including all the modern conveniences of today while still remaining true to its historical past.

    This unit is a two bedroom with a queen bed in each room. This unit does have stairs. The entryway door is on the first level, then you walk up the stairway into the unit. There is a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Absolutely beautiful property in the Park Avenue neighborhood of Rochester. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The place has everything you need and the attention to detail was truly appreciated. They did a beautiful job of restoring this old home. Also a five minute walk to all of the restaurants on Park Avenue. Would highly recommend.

101 Westminster and Katie were great. She was responsive and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few steps away from the Eastman house and in short walking distance to excellent restaurants and bakeries. The apartment is very clean and very well provisioned. Everything you need. My only advice is coordinate parking carefully with Katie if you have a big car. We have a little car and were able to fit in the right parking spots, but a big SUV would have been a challenge. Definitely worth it for a great stay! It will be hard to match this for our next visit to Rochester. We probably will just book thru Katie again. Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect Park Ave!

Beautifully appointed home! Perfect bedrooms with lots of pillow choices and AC. Great kitchen, dinning area, living room, balcony and bathroom. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with family for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

The Best Vacation Rental I’ve Ever Stayed In

Katy’s spot was perfect for my family’s extended stay in Rochester. It is close to everything you could possibly want to do in the area. It is beautifully decorated and extremely cozy, making me feel completely at home. Katy was an incredibly gracious and communicative host, responding quickly and concisely to every question I had. Next time my family is in Rochester, I’d stay at Katy’s again in a heartbeat.
