It appears the reservation was made for a smoking room, however, I am sorry our front desk did not offer to move you into a non-smoking room. Hi Kyle, I have been informed of the experience you had while checking in and staying at our hotel. I think there may have been some confusion about your room type. It appears we were able to correct the mix up shortly after check in providing the correct room type for your stay. I apologize that our staff did not contact management but a manager is always available to our staff by phone call if not on the property to provide a solution to issues. Regarding the rate, we do require an incidental hold separate the room charge that covers restaurant charges or any damage to the room. This hold is released typically within 3-5 business days of your checkout date. We do apologize for this experience at our hotel, this is not typical. However, we are happy the issues were resolved efficiently.
