"Ménage non fait à l'arrivée, chambre pas prête (pas de draps ni de serviettes) et odeur désagréable. Malgré un geste du propriétaire (remboursement des 15 des frais de ménage), cela n'est pas correct car la réservation avait été faite 15 jours avant. De plus, les personnes de plus de 1m60 ne peuvent pas fermer les toilettes car...

"Booked & paid for this but never stayed. Received message from the host Laurent saying apartment no longer available offering alternate in same town which I reluctantly agreed to. Later Laurent admitted this alternate ‘wasn’t finished’ and I then asked to cancel and refund - too much dishonesty. Four weeks later & numerous contacts with Laurent & still no refund. It’s either terrible service or a scam. Now taking it up with Expedia."

Hotel le royal

10/10 Excellent

"Good location, 5 mins walk from the train station and center of the city. Very nice staff. Big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Bakery attached to the building. Everything is convenient, very good stay, recommend."

Hôtel la Source Bleue

10/10 Excellent

"We spent one night at La Source Bleu whilst travelling through France. What a fantastic hotel. Nathalie and the team (Sandrine, Amina and Julien) are very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was very nice, and a lot of thought has gone into furnishing the hotel as a whole. There is a great backstory to the hotel, which is very much a family business, and the setting is absolutely wonderful with a stunning lake filled by a natural spring. The evening meal was superb thanks to the amazing chef (and owner) Francois. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning in the future."
