Un endroit plein de charme, simple et authentique avec ses vielles pierres, ses hauts plafonds , fenêtres d’atelier, calme et joyeux. Tout est pensé pour offrir un confort de maison de famille.Si l’absence de porte intérieures peut surprendre, la possibilité d’aerer en suffisance pendant la nuit justifie amplement ce choix.Les hotes réussissent à être accueillants, presents, attentifs et discrets (ce qui est loin d’être une evidence) ! Et nous avons adoré profiter d’une magnifique piscine propre, sans exces de chlore, dans un jardin prevu pour que chaque hôte puisse s’y détendre librement dans une ambiance conviviale ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous avons été tres bien accueillis à la Filature. Le gite a un réel charme et a été rénové avec goût. Les conseils d'Éric pour visiter la region ont été un réel plus. L'endroit est idéalement situé. Encore merci a Eric pour son accueil ensoleillé.

Bon week-end prolongé dans le Gard

Nous avons passé quelques jours à la filature, qui s'est révélé être un excellent pied à terre pour visiter les environs : Pont du Gard, Avignon bien sûr, mais aussi Arles et les Baux de Provence. Rien n'est loin ! Les hôtes sont adorables. Seul regret : la piscine n'était pas encore en route, en raison de la météo maussade de ce printemps

Une semaine : soleil, ciel bleu, bonne humeur ambiante, liberté totale ...

Dans un cadre naturel de toute beauté, mes petits enfants et moi avons profité au maximum du confort, de la diversité quant aux possibilités sportives( natation, pétanque etc...) en totale liberté et sans restriction au cune....l'accueil y est parfait, sans entrave à notre liberté ! Quant aux possibilités de découvertes locales , elles sont innombrables , diverses et très intéressantes ...aucun faux pas dans ce séjour !

Rustikal enttäuschend

Die Zimmer waren insgesamt sehr feucht. Als es stärker geregnet hat, lief das Wasser an den Wänden herunter und u.a. auf die Elektrik, was mehrere Stromausfälle zur Folge hatte. In der Dusche gab es hunderte von Ameisen und die Toilette wurde aus Platzgründen unter die Treppe nach oben gebaut und so eng, dass man kaum die Tür zumachen konnte, ohne sich den Kopf an der Tür anzuschlagen. Der Pool war erst 3 Tage nach Ankunft nutzbar. Vermieter war bemüht, es irgendwie hinzubekommen, aber solche Zimmer (Toilette, Undichtigkeit Dach, Feuchtigkeit) dürften eigentlich zu diesem Preis nicht vermietet werden.

Un endroit au calme dans la verdure

Gite très agréable au milieu d'un immense terrain aux arbres magnifiques. La literie est de qualité et confortable. La piscine est un vrai plus, d'autant que ses dimensions permettent vraiment de se baigner. Les propriétaires sont tout à la fois chaleureux, disponibles, et réactifs. La proximité d'Avignon (15' en voiture) a également été une bonne surprise. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Bien mais il y a quelques mais

Les points positifs, la situation géographique dans la région, il est aisé de se rendre à Nîmes, Avignon, Uzes, et beaucoup d’autres endroits remarquables de Provence. Les logements sont vraiment jolis, les propriétaires ont su y faire pour la remise en état du bâtiment qui nous/vous accueille. Le propriétaire, est très sympa ! Mais, nous avons trouvé quelques « mais »: -La maison peut accueillir à mon avis plus de 20 personnes, ce n’est pas clair dans les descriptions. Il y a en effet, 5 ou 6 locations pouvant accueillir 4 personnes au moins. Les terrasses sont fort proches, séparées d’un petit buisson ci et là. Ça (peut) manque(r) d’intimité. De plus les terrasses ne proposent aucun confort. -Il fait très chaud la nuit sur la mezzanine, ou les enfants avaient pris place. Difficile de dormir correctement, de plus nous avons eu plusieurs épisodes ou des animaux, certainement des rongeurs faisaient un vacarme pas possible dans la sous-toiture -La piscine est quasiment en permanence à l’ombre (végétation). Les enfants et encore moins les adultes n’ont su en profiter lors de notre séjour (température de l’eau ne dépassant jamais 22°C). Néanmoins, le séjour fût agréable.

Filature de cet à soie

Le gîte est implanté une ancienne filature de ver à soie dans un parc de très beaux arbres. La restauration a été faite avec goût en respectant le site avec une grande piscine de nage, un parking ombragé tout ceci à 10 minutes d’Avignon. Le propriétaire est très disponible. Wunderschön und entspannt unter Mandelbäumen

Die Wohnungen sind wunderschön mit einem Blick fürs Detail ausgebaut. Die Atmosphere war entspannt und ruhig. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und herrlich erfrischend. Im Garten stehen große alte Bäume, die genügend Schatten in der Hitze spenden. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren drei Kinder sehr genossen.

gite avec beaucoup de charme

La bâtisse a beaucoup de charme avec les grandes hauteurs sous plafond, l'équipement et la décoration gardent l'esprit du lieu (logement propre et infos sur les attractions des environs à disposition). La piscine et les espaces verts créés autour donnent un sentiment de quiétude à l'ombre des peupliers ou au soleil pour les férus de bronzage. Mes enfants ont apprécié quelques activités mises à disposition par le propriétaire (badmington, VTT). Le propriétaire est vraiment accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Je vous recommande un séjour là-bas
