"A beautiful hotel, but the rooms to small"

"The view was amazing, the 'living room' was rather small for the family to comfortably spend time together. Maybe it was a language issue, but the owner was rather rude in email communication prior to our stay. She did not seem to understand that we had recently experienced the death of a family member and continually referred to me using a derogatory term. Then being asked to pay extra for 'heating' seamed odd (163 for 4 days) as no mention of that when making the reservation. But overall it was a pleasant stay."

"Super helpful staff, clean large rooms, maybe a little dated, but everything functioned well. No tea/coffee in room, just in common areas. However on asking, the hotel provided a kettle immediately. "

"Loved Cascina Bellnuova. The staff is all family and they go out of their way to take care of you and make you feel welcomed. We did not have a car so they taxied us where ever we needed to go. And their wines (they have a small vineyard, we’re the best we had in the region. Definitely would stay there again!"

"The hotel is magical, part of a working vineyard. It has a Michelin restaurant. Reservations a must. The wine tours with the affiliated Barolo producers were excellent. One downside is its isolation. Difficult to reach especially at night. If you're driving it's not for the faint hearted. Sometimes the GPS would lose the signal but otherwise, a gorgeous place. The special 5 course dinner was spectacular in its volume, the many comped dishes, the creativity, etc"
