Unique Location: Located just steps from the historic centre of Rocca San Giovanni, one of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages, our house allows you to completely immerse yourself in an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building and is entirely surrounded by a large balcony that runs along the entire perimeter of the house, offering views of the majestic Abruzzo mountains while simultaneously losing oneself in the blue of the sea.



Exterior and Parking: The structure offers the possibility of parking in the external courtyard of the house, leaving manoeuvring freedom for other residents of the building. The apartment's balcony will be the ideal place to sip coffee while waiting to tour Abruzzo.
