"We had a room on the ground floor with a terrace that led out to the grounds which was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bedding was comfortable. Only two complaints: water pressure less than ideal and the soundproofing was poor. Likely because it’s an old property but when other guests talk outside or close their doors in the morning it woke me up every time."

"I went with my family over July 4th and we had a lovely time. The house is beautiful with a great open-concept kitchen, and we used the grill and ate on the patio as well. The game room in the basement was great for evening time activities. The access to nature in the area is hard to beat. The swimming hole with the waterfall is walking distance from the house, and we did the hike to Lucifer Falls too. Much more in the way of hikes, waterfalls, and lakes was within a 15-30 minute drive. And, to top it off, we did a day of wine tastings along Seneca Lake. Perfect trip!"
