The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
The room service guy was very rude. As was the lady we spoke to at the front desk about room service when we had a questBut everyone else was amazing and we enjoyed our time.

Sidney James Mountain Lodge
Very friendly staff. Parking lot could be revamped, difficult to get in and out of parking spaces when hotel at near capacity. Covered garage on property was much better condition to park in when space available. Breakfast not included but available at on site restaurant but we did not eat on premises. ...

Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg
We were there for the Christmas Lights Parade and the hotel was right on the route and we were able to borrow chairs for front row seats The room was spacious with up to date appliances
