Perfect location to sight see Chicago. Staff were not friendly and when I asked a question felt like it was too much effort for them to respond in a professional helpful manner. Saying that the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were perfect. Great view.

Swissotel Chicago is located in an excellent area of the city, River East they call it… right on the riverfront, just west of the lake. Prime location! The room had a wonderful view of the river! It was fairly clean, but the room was showing its age, needs a refresh soon. However, the hotel staff is amazing, top notch! They make your stay comfortable, handle every single issue that comes up with a smile and absolutely make the Accor brand look great! Would I stay again, perhaps, depends on the room… but the Swissotel brand is definitely worth a look!
