Three Generation Dive Trip

Using multiple VRBO units at Infinity Bay we were able to enjoy the resort, Dive Shop and Spa. The West End location is perfect for snorkeling. The access to all the beach front restaurants and market makes it so fun and easy.

Infinity Bay Winner

Great location! Just steps away from an amazing pool and spectacular reef/ocean. The snorkeling was amazing. We couldn't have picked a better location on the island. This first floor unit was so convenient, no stairs or elevator. Lots of amenities. Lots to do in the West Bay area, or just hang at the pool and relax! We will be back and would definitely recommend this place to other friends and family.

Great vacation. Beautiful condo.

This condo was everything you could hope for. AC worked great. Nice location toward back of property right across from new pool. Well equipped however we didn’t do any cooking, only used fridge and ice from freezer, microwave and blender which all worked great. King size bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping came daily to change towels and clean. Unit was nicely decorated compared to some other units as observed by friends staying in other units. Would definitely stay again when we return.

Fabulous stay in this unit at Infinity Bay

This unit was perfect for our month long stay in Roatan. This was our third visit to Roatan but our first stay at Infinity Bay. This is a first floor unit which was important as my husband has mobility issues that make stairs difficult for him to navigate. The unit was exactly as advertised, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Susan the host responded promptly to my questions. The snorkelling right in front of the resort is spectacular. Would highly recommend this unit and Infinty Bay to anyone visiting Roatan.

Great resort & room

The room is a full apartment very comfortable, full kitchen and equipment, living room is very nice with cable and cold ac 🙏. The apartment is beautiful & the resort like the staff were great 😊

Love it!

We loved our stay at Infinity Bay. Room was nice. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance our favorite being the hangover hut! The diving was amazing!

Have stayed at IB before. Place was nice as advertised. Actually liked that it was back out of the way. Away from the action up front. IB and this unit are great. Don't hesitate to check it out.

Susan’s place is in a perfect location for restaurants snorkeling yet peaceful and relaxing.

Awesome! In every way! Susan very clear on details of booking and things to do. Lovely quiet place yet steps away from the action. Water taxi to West End or just relax and enjoy Infinity Bay… has everything here. We will be back. Thank you Susan😊

Wonderful Location

Clean, well kept condo. Walk right out to the new pool and just a few steps to the beach. Comfortable king size bed, roomy bathroom and good closet space. The living room furniture is a bit worn and not very comfortable. Kitchen was clean but could use some updating on utensils and cookware. The pots and pans were fine but cookie sheets were charred and needed cleaning. The coffee maker didn’t have the correct filter basket and no filters. Overall, a good stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend.

Infinity Bay

We loved the location of this condo. We did notice a musty odor every time we entered the condo. We bought air freshener and that helped. You didn’t notice it too much after you were inside for a while. The food on and off property was very good and very cheap off property.

Perfect 1 bdrm!

Everything was clean and beautiful. Host was very responsive. One small downside of this condo was that the view was partially blocked because of the swimming pool construction. I am mentioning this for those where this may be an issue. Given that we didn't use the patio, this was not a concern for us.

Our stay was wonderful . It was our 20th yr Wedding anniversary and we enjoyed to the fullest. The condo was clean comfortable beautiful pool. The staff was excellent. This condo is next to the General manager and he made sure we had everything we needed. We even had staff drop groceries off from little market/deli which was very good by the way. I ate the French dip sandwich for breakfast/lunch just about everyday. The brunch was excellent as is the coffee. You do have to pay $12 all u can eat plus resort fees. But worth it. I ate twice there. The bartenders very nice and great drinks. Massage on beach for $20. Walking distance either by sand or street to numerous restaurants. All Great. 3 lobster tail for $15 at Bananarama on Mondays. But there r specials in all restaurant by the beach. Now if u want to go to West end it's just $3.00 taxi drive away. I recommend this highly and can't wait to go back

Wonderful stay!!!!

Just completed an amazing week at infinity bay! Our room was spotless, the king bed was very comfortable! Loved that the room is ground floor which made it easy to run back to the room whenever we needed anything! Check in was quick & easy! The location of infinity bay resort is perfect! We could literally swim directly out and enjoy the most beautiful reefs we’ve ever seen!! It’s a snorkelers dream!!! Our friends who joined us said their dives were fabulous as well! Resort offers Covid testing for trip home the day before your departure for $70 cash. Had Results in hand by 6pm. Susan the owner of this condo was excellent to work with!! She quickly responded to my many questions prior to our trip. My suggestion is to stop at Eldons for groceries on your way to the resort! We visited many of the local restaurants, including Argentinian grill (amazing coffee!) Gulah’s; wonderful Italian! Celestes: delicious seafood!!! Amd of course lots of yummy options right on site at the palapa bar & restaurant ! If you are concerned about traveling during Covid (as we were too) we felt very safe the entire trip! All staff wears masks...plenty of hand sanitizer stations etc. we cannot wait to go back!!

Stellar Property - HIGHLY Recommend

Let me start by stating that we use VRBO every time we travel. We stay in condos or homes, and I usually trust the reviews of others to guide me to the right property. After looking at the pictures, we chose this condo for a variety of reasons. I give this the highest of ratings for many reasons listed below. 1. Location. The resort is on the nicest beach in all of Roatan. It is on the far end of the beach, so not in the middle of loud bars. The property has a restaurant (buffet) and palapa bar (food and drinks). Literally the prettiest resort on the island. We almost booked Grand Roatan, and after visiting, I am SO glad we chose IB. Just an overall better set up. 2. Resort itself. This place is beautiful. The pool area, gardens, beach, etc are all spectacular. All maintained beautifully. Resort employees greet you and make you feel very welcome. 3. The rooms. This unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit. Not to offend the owners, but their pictures simply do not do justice to their condo!!! We noted that all one bedrooms at IB are seemingly identical (same furniture, etc.). The condo was SO MUCH NICER than the pictures led us to believe! It is simply beautiful. We cooked a few breakfasts there, and the pans/dishes/etc were very adequate. The purified water (and ICE MAKER!) was such a bonus as well. 4. The owners. Owners were so easy to book with, and accommodated us when we had a slight schedule change. They gave us all information to check in timely. Such an amazing couple to deal with. Not sure how the "front desk pool" usually does with reservations, but these guys are top notch! 5. Location of room. This may be a drawback for some, but the condo is NOT right in front of the pool. It is a two minute (at most) walk through stunning gardens to get to the pool/ocean. WE LOVED THIS as it meant quiet! We could not hear the bar, the restaurant, etc. For some people, this is a problem. For us it was GREAT. 6. Second floor condo. LOVED this is on the second floor. No worries about leaving things on our balcony. Balcony roomy and had ample lighting. 7. Beach. Again, this is on the most beautiful stretch of beach. Chairs were so comfy at both beach and pool. 8. Security. Cannot say enough good about the professional security here. AMAZINGLY SAFE. CONS: None. Simply none. Have no worries if you are considering this condo. It is a fantastic place to enjoy, relax, rejuvenate and refresh. FIVE STARS!

Perfect Condo

We have visited Infinite Bay the last 3 years & this condo was our favorite, which is impressive because we stayed in the beachfront condo last year. This condo was in a great location, first floor, easy access & quiet location. I appreciate that our host messaged me about the measle vaccine situation a few weeks prior to our trip. I was aware of the situation, but if I hadn’t been this would have been so helpful & was outside her responsibilities. I will look for this property’s availability for our next visit too. Thank you!!

This is the fourth time we have rented this condo and its been superb every time. We love the ground floor location with a nice patio to drink our morning coffee. The kitchen has everything need. Susan has always been quick to respond to questions and a delight to rent from. I highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

The condo is perfect , it has everything thing you can need. We loved being on the ground floor next to the new pool . Susan was quick to respond to emails and very helpful. We always enjoy staying at Infinity bay and will definitely stay in this condo when we return.

Great Condo, Unfortunate Construction

The condo itself is great - very clean (great cleaning staff) and furnished with everything we needed. The resort is also very nice and in a great location. You can snorkel right out front, walk along the beach to many restaurants, or take a ferry to West End. Unfortunately, there was construction directly outside the condo for our whole stay, close enough to where we could shake hands with the construction workers from the patio if we tried. Therefore, we heard a lot of chiseling and hammering from ~7:00AM-6:00PM. This also made it awkward/not possible to sit out on the patio during these times. The listing said the construction would be done by January 2024, but as of March they are still going at it. The front desk staff also could have been a little friendlier and explained the resort amenities a little better, but we were able to figure it out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it would have been much better and peaceful if not for the construction.
