"There was no daily or even every other day housekeeping. My trash was full! Would be nice to have that service at least once in 3 nights of a stay. The whirlpool was out of service which was a disappointment. This is not the fault of the employees but the breakfast area each morning was total chaos! ..."

"House was beautiful but wasn't clean. There were dust on the ceiling fan, dried dog poo in the theater room and toys under furniture. Not enough towels, no dish cloths or wash clothes. Site showed a trampoline and swing set but neither of them were on site. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. ..."

"We loved our stay. Everything was clean and the loft was beautifully decorated. There were numerous games provided for enjoyment. The kitchen had dishes including kid safe. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our evenings. We will definitely plan to be back next year!"
