"This was our third time staying here. The rooms are clean, the property is quiet, and the view is tranquil. The only way they could be better is getting more partnerships with local businesses and advertising them to guests before their stay (e.g. an email digest) to help guide those who book early."
"Needed a last minute place to stay and this was PERFECT!! Reasonably priced and the owner is lovely. The rooms have everything you need and there’s a bar on the property where you can play pool and have an after-dinner drink. Highly recommend!"

"I was really impressed with the modern, clean room. I loved the sliding barn door..clean, white bedding & refillable soap & shampoo & conditioner. No more little plastic bottles that never hold enough to even wash one person’s hair. I also lined the separate reading lights. The gentleman checking us in was pleasant and it took a very short time. I would definitely consider another visit next time I am visiting the North Fork of Long Island."

"The rustic cottage was perfect.It is a beach cottage which has all that you need.A five minute walk takes you to the beach.Note that you cannot park at the beach and everyone walksKen,our host, was always available if we had any questions and gifted us a bottle of wine for Our arrival along with milk for our coffee.Ken also arranged a personal vineyard visit at Farrm wines. Great get away "

Upon checking in, we found a beautiful welcome card and local treats left for us alongside an incredibly informative binder detailing any and all information relevant to the property, attractions in town, and fabulous restaurant recommendations.
