Lakeside Getaway - All Season Resort- Potential Multi-family accomodations.
- Premier Location at Smith Mountain Lake. Beautifully renovated Bernard's Landing Resort condo w/stunning panoramic mountain/lake views, fully updated top floor unit. The Resort includes waterfront dining at Napoli by the Lake, a clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot-tub, gym, sauna, steam-room, racquetball court, Billiard room, as well as a great room with a large screen TV. Our outdoor activities are tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts, as well as 2 outdoor pools, (open seasonally). This 70 Acre Waterfront Resort, also has two (2) Beaches, many guest docks, easy rental of all types of personal watercrafts and boats, and of course the best views on Smith Mountain Lake. Unit across the hall is commonly owned (Prop ID# 1029769), in addition to Prop ID#3174774, (in the Woodlands Bldg next door ), making this a possible Multi-family rental.
