Sorry, but I can’t recommend this property. Although the room was ok (nicely remodeled) the rest of the facility was in pretty poor condition. Pool, workout room were nonexistent. I was concerned about security and safety. No coffee or even cups, and only 2 towels that weren’t much better than a dish towel. The hostess and cleaning staff are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Sorry but there are better lodging options in this area.

This hotel did not have a working gym, even though it said it did both when I booked it and when I arrived. They also did not have extra blankets, the toilet would not flush when we arrived and my husband had to fix it. The staff were not so helpful and the overall experience was not at all positive.

Heat barely worked. TV did not work and staff did not offer much at getting it working. Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before getting waited on. No one at desk and had to call number. Other features were good.

The room was nasty. No cover over light in bathroom wires hanging. Capet was nasty. Bathtub had cigarette burns all over it. Wengot there early they charged 35 toncheck in 2 hrs early. Window was nasty. Breakfast looked like they put the same food out both days. That room looked as if it had not been updated since they built the place.. if it wasnt for losing the money i would have gotten our money back and went somewhere else.

The area is very quiet and people are respectful. I would recommend a stay to a friend or family. Rooms were clean as well. Breakfast is a plus and good.

Very run-down. Pictures in the website were deceiving, making it look much better than what it was. Trash and debris even in front of the door of the room. Room had a nasty smell. Didn't feel safe, decided to stay elsewhere even if it meant I would lose the money I paid for this place.

My check gave me exactly what I expected when I saw the room. The clerk wasn't friendly, nor interactive. The room was dated and half of the lights didn't work. The only reason it got 2 stars was because the bed was nice.

Paid for a king bed. Told none available for weeks; I got one 2 nights ago when I stayed here. Also told availability when making reservations via a third party like Expedia you don’t know what you will get when you show up. I told the lady at the front desk with red hair it was bad for business to not give people what they pay for. She said they have plenty of business. I told her not mine anymore. No more hojo.

Really like the fact that everyday they clean the room, breakfasts they could improve a lot, it was the very same thing everyday, the last 3 days they were out of milk, but never bought it, overall is a good hotel, beautiful view, pricing is good

No food on site and Chinese restaurant doesn't deliver to here so had to order pizza. Lot of noise outside but stopped before 10. Also since there is a pet fee for each. Would be nice to have a dog area besides the 8 x 10 spot between the buildings that was occupied by two very large pit bulls that were NOT friendly.

Do not stay here! It is a creepy place. The front desk person seemed clueless. The first room we were given was a mess. It looked like someone was living there. The second room was clean, but showed neglect. The hair dryer was missing and there were sloppy repairs to the walls. The breakfast was practically nonexistent.

We booked 2 rooms- I have email confirmation. only 1 room is available to us! No attempt to rectify. Toilet leaks when flushed. Some lights don’t work. Cobwebs on ceiling- lots!!! Bathroom door doesn’t completely close. Entry door sticks, difficult to open. No tv guide. Broken furniture. I have never been as disappointed. We had planned to extend an additional night- no way now!!!! I believe we have been taken!!! I think a refund is in order.

Worst stay I have had.
It was not a great exp. The hotel overbooked so we had to pay an extra 45 dollars to check in early to make sure we got the hotel. Also, AC was not working well and overall just a bad exp.

I arrived at 2:10pm and the lobby was completely empty. I tried to check in and the clerk told me that check in was not until 3:00 and I could either wait or pay an extra $45 for "early check in". No one was working on cleaning any of the rooms by that point, and it was really pathetic customer service. Then, when I did check in, they tried to tell me that they had no rooms with 2 doubles available- only kings. Despite the fact I had reserved a room with 2 doubles and made my reservation months earlier. After arguing with them, they mysteriously found that there was a room with 2 doubles after all. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times for VT football games and never had a problem until this year. The current front desk staff really needs to either be replaced or sent to remedial customer service training.

We had booked a reservation and had called to say we would be arriving very late. Hotel said it was no problem. Arrived at midnight and was told sorry no rooms good bye. As there were several college parent weekends on 81 there were absolutely no rooms available for a 120 mile stretch on 81. Now to drive three hours home unacceptable

The breakfast was terrible. The first day they had frozen waffles, egg patties, biscuits, sausage gravy and cereal with no milk. Also, no cream for the coffee and if you wanted tea you had to heat up your water in the microwave. The second day they still had no cream or milk and no plates! No one was around to ask for them. The door handle came off in our hands trying to open the door to get out! Other than that, the view was great!

We got there, the website says check in at 3, this lady said she gave away our room, that i reserved in advance because we weren't there at 2, i literally had to argue for 30 minutes to finally get what we reserved, then when we down for breakfast, there was literally nothing, a box of cereal, but no milk, nothing else there, this is now the second time we've had issues with this hotel

Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. The refrigerator did not work. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was fair, with minimal options. Motel 6 was half the price of this hotel but similar in quality. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located for hiking destinations.
