Overall, a nice hotel. The staff were all extremely accommodating and friendly. Our rooms weren't fully when we arrived (an hour after check in time) but i understand its possible they were down a cleaner, or had other slow-downs. Other than that, it was a great over night stay.

Problems with key entrance to my room.Had to get my key re-keyed several times. After going to store and bringing back a few groceries. After going to room had to go back once again to get re-keyed, then wait was 10 mins. Had to call front desk on my phone to get someone to help.

Always feel welcomed! Its like home away from home. Breakfast is outstanding, the staff is very warm and welcoming, and laundry room is very helpful when needed.

I was able to book this hotel through expedia and then turned away when i went to check in due to the locality of my address. If you want to instate this policy maybe make the necessary changes through external booking sites PRIOR to the policy change. Front desk staff was quite rude about the disappointing news and days later I have yet to recieve a refund for a room i never set foot in. Absolutely terrible.

It’s a nice hotel with a nice staff. But the property is in disrepair. The icemaker on the second floor has been broken for months and the equipment in the exercise room has been nonfunctional for more than a year! The TVs cable is hard to manage and old technology. The hotel needs updating badly!!

Our room was not vacuumed! We also booked a suite for 6 people, there was no linen for the pullout couch and towels for 4. They did bring linen right away but didn’t vacuum until late morning the next day. The breakfast was very good and honestly I feel the biggest problem was short staff.
