This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with fully stocked kitchen is perfect for your family vacation. New flooring (no carpets) and furnishings are only a few years young and the view off the new deck is truly beautiful off the main part of the lake where you can watch the sail boats set sail from the nearby Yacht Club. It is located at Bernard's Landing in Peninsula Towers. This is the only condo building that features an entrance from the parking lot as well as a lakeside back door. There is a convenient day dock for your use if you bring or rent a watercraft (owned Watercraft must be registered with Bernard's landing for a fee for the duration of your stay at Bernard's Landing security office located on the way in).
You can walk to Napoli on the Lake restaurant near the office or to the Clubhouse where you can find indoor and outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room, and beach area. Great shopping is nearby at Westlake Village, and many other shops and restaurants are within a 20 min. drive.

There are many golf courses and wineries in the area, boat, kayak and paddle board rentals at many marinas around the lake, and local stores for shopping and restaurants of all types throughout the lake area. Bridgewater Plaza on Booker T Washington (Rt 122) has a tourist office for more activities in the area along with shops, restaurants, mini golf, etc.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure outdoor umbrella is closed and cushions are away. Turn off the hot water heater at heater and electrical panel.
Clean countertops in kitchen and bathroom. All dishes, etc. are washed and put away. Left over food to be thrown away. Garbage must be taken to the station by the security office.
Make sure washer/dryer and dishwasher are empty. Check closets and drawers for personal items. make sure all electronics and wires are packed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Garbage cannot be left on the porch and must be taken to the dumpster on the left side on way out of the resort.
Dishwasher must be emptied, counter tops cleaned and water shut off when checking out.

Lovely place which was incredibly clean, with comfortable beds, best location with waterfront views and immediate lake access. Sipping coffee and watching the stillness of the lake was delightful. Lynn was a great communicator too. A perfect escape!

Wonderful Property & Location

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. The property was beautiful and clean. I have celiac disease so it is extremely difficult for me to eat out. There was a grocery store a few miles away and the kitchen was very nice. We hope to visit again.

Peaceful and perfect!

My family and I stayed a few days at Lynn’s condo. It was a wonderful experience! It was a nice surprise to have everything that we could need that we may have forgotten there. The beds were very comfortable and the whole condo was very inviting. We felt at home during our stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful view and all the amenities! Totally recommend staying here and we plan to return!

Great spot on the lake

We loved our stay! The location is awesome. The condo had everything we needed. The dock is an additional plus. We fished from the dock and rented a boat that we were able bring back to the condo. Great restaurant next door within walking distance. Beach and pool we also within walking distance. Property is well maintained. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

We had an excellent experience! We had everything we needed to cook our meals in and enjoy time with family. I worked remotely and had great WiFi connection with no issues! The perfect spot on the lake for viewing the sunrise and sunset. Perfection.

Great View

The view of the water, Peaks of Otter, and sailboats were gorgeous. The bathroom rugs and sink rugs need replacing. They were worn or spotted. Some hooks on the deck or in the condo would be helpful for bathing suits. We used the back stairs to go to the water. It was very dirty. A leaf blower may would help. The condo was nice and well equipped. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice view off the deck and great neighborhood with nice amenities!.. The coffee pot didn't work too well and there wasn't a Keurig but that was a minor issue...
