The young man at the recepción desk has been incredibly nice . Staying in this hotel has been an unforgottable experience.

The best value for a night

The hotel is very nice. The staff are super kind and friendly. Free parking in front of the hotel is included. The room is also equipped with an AC. The sink in the bathroom is a bit old and rusty but overall we had a great time there.

Checked in late night and recwption told me breakfast till 11 AM. I came at 9.28 AM to the breakfast room and the staff told me its too late and i have to read the instructions which says breakfast till 9.30AM. Even i told her that it was said 11 AM to me she did not want to listen and after a conversation of 5 min. She let us enter with a very unfriendly and arrogant behaviour to the breakfast room as she would do us a favour...never again this hotel!

Je me suis arrêtée plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel qui est très bien qualité prix Juste un petit problème cette fois je sais que ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais un groupe de personnes sont arrivées vers 1 h en en faisant du bruit et en hurlant dans les étages pendant plus d’une 1/2 heure c’est très désagréable de ne plus pouvoir se rendormir quand on a encore 1000 kilomètres de route le matin

J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour pouvoir manger sur place le soir 4 jours durant. Je peux comprendre que le restaurant soit indisponible aux personnes seules alors qu'un groupe d'une cinquantaine de personnes l'occupe le dimanche soir. Mais l'accès au restaurant m'a été refusé les 3 autres jours, une fois parce que je n'avais pas réservé avant 19h, une fois parce que malgré ma demande de réservation avant 19h, le restaurant était déjà complet, et une fois parce que ... Je ne sais pas Bref, vous ne me reverrez plus Ni moi, ni la quarantaine de personnes en déplacement professionnel en Alsace toute l'année à qui j'aurai pu vous recommander Bonne continuation à vous RIP pour le sens du commerce

Mauvaise expérience

Arrivés dans la chambre, nous sommes pris par une odeur de renfermé. À peine le temps de poser les affaires, nous tombons sur deux araignées autour du lit. En parlant du lit, les ressorts étaient désagréables, on les sentait pendant le sommeil et ils claquaient quand on bougeait. Le lavabo n'était pas sale mais étaient plein d'impacts comme si il avait été récupéré dans la rue. Quand, étant dans ce genre d'hôtel on se dit qu'on aurait été mieux dans le B&B qui est juste à côté et bien moins cher, on se demande si les trois étoiles de l'hôtel ne sont pas des étoiles filantes.
