"This was a beautiful, historic hotel. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast. Location was also great for a historic adventure. This was more of a “figure things out on your own hotel” with limited access to any staff so it was not very warm/inviting. If you prefer limited staff interaction and enjoy privacy, this is your place. If you like a friendly , helpful and accommodating experience , pick something else."

"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. "Clerk allowed me to check my bag until check-in time and when I got back, was able to give me a room with a view of the city, which was fantastic! The hotel is just across the street from a small ring-street around the old city center, so very near to everything, but set apart enough that its upper stories (in a shared high-rise) have great views, which really are nice, especially at sunset. Hotel is impeccably clean and convenient, friendly staff, and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel is just a few small streets away from the historic center, but not in it (a relief from crowds), in a very picturesque city with endless restaurants and shops, but also baroque churches and historical buildings. I only had a day on a stopover but got the most out of it, many thanks to the hotel!"
