  • Lyonel and Sarah offer you a pleasant comfortable T2, on the ground floor of a villa with fruit trees, located on the heights of Rivière-Pilote in the south of the island.
    The "Ti coin soley" will seduce you with its calm environment and its beautiful sea view, 10 minutes from the town and 12 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island "Anse Figuier". You will also find a local shop 20 meters away.
    Guaranteed welcome upon arrival, free dinner and breakfast. The linen (towels, sheets) are provided.

Beautiful Serene Oasis in the Mountains

The guest apartment at Lyonel and Sarah's was absolutely what we were looking for!! A quiet, serene oasis with unlimited views and gorgeous sunsets. Afternoons and evenings in the pool were sublime. Our hosts were beyond wonderful, treating us to a spread of Martiniquan specialties. The mini-grocery store steps from the house has some of the essentials you'll need - plenty of rum and juice. :D Make sure to visit the local market on Saturday morning!! You will want to rent a car with enough horsepower to get up the steep hills. The bed was super comfy; always had hot water with great pressure; the washing machine works great; and the kitchen was well stocked for anything we decided to cook. I can highly recommend staying here!!! Big hugs to Lyonel & Sarah, their precious girls Noemie and Tessa, and cute little dog Rio. It was a perfect stay.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung in den Bergen oberhalb von Rivière-Pilote. Highlight ist sicherlich der Pool, aber auch die Gastgeber Lyonel und Sarah sind zu erwähnen; die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderen gemacht haben.

Petit appartement avec jolie piscine

Lyonel et Sarah sont sympa et flexible. On avait un tout petit problème le 1ier jour et Lyonel était tout rapide avec une bonne solution. La clim fonctionne bien dans la chambre à coucher. La piscine est suberbe.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines chez Sarah et Lyonel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur sens de l’hospitalité et nos différents échanges ont participé à la réussite de nos vacances. Le logement est situé sur le haut d’un morne, très au calme, il est parfait et identique aux photos. Il est très bien agencé et la literie est excellente. Sarah et Lyonel ont pensé à de nombreux détails qui facilitent les vacances comme les sièges de plage ou la glacière. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié aussi le carbet et son barbecue mais ce qui rend l’endroit fabuleux, c’est la vue depuis la piscine chauffée : un vrai paradis. Encore merci à tous les deux, embrassez Noémie et Tessa de notre part. À bientôt, au plaisir de vous revoir, Catherine et Jean-Raymond.

très bon séjour

logement propre, très bonne literie avec moustiquaire. région tranquille, les habitants ainsi que nos hôtes sont accueillants. L'emplacement de ce gite permet une liaison rapide pour accéder aux plages. l'accès au nord de l'ile est plus simple le dimanche, pour Fort de France le plus simple est de prendre la navette bateau qui part de l'anse à l'âne. Nous avons passé de bonne vacances malgré le covid.

Accueil très chaleureux

Notre séjour a été vraiment très agréable dans un lieu cosy, calme et bien équipé. Nous avons aussi reçu un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous ont tout de suite mis à l'aise. Merci beaucoup à Lyonel et à sa charmante petite famille.

grosse déception d'Abritel

logement et gérant immobilier : très bien A notre arrivée, tout le quartier subissait une coupure d'eau due à la sécheresse. Au bout de deux jours, ne pouvant continuer notre séjour de cette manière, nous avons contacté Abritel . Avant d'exposer le problème, il nous a été répondu "on ne peut rien faire pour vous"..... Devant notre insistance, nous devions nous rappeler, mais bien entendu, pas de nouvelles !...... heureusement que le propriétaire nous a offert une autre location, à ces frais. Nous ne ferons plus appel à vos services et surtout, ne ferons pas de pub pour votre organisme...

Un gîte au cœur de la Martinique profonde

Excellent sejour

Une location très sympathique. Une vue imprenable sur la nature. Très bien située pour visiter l'île. Des hôtes charmants comme si nous étions en famille. Nous avons passé un super sejour a Ti coin soley, l'appartement est propre et silencieux, la vue sublime, une vraie tele sur la nature. la literie est tres confortable. Et l'accueil .. génial ! Lionel et Sarah sont des gens adorables et ne parlons pas de leurs deux filles !! Nous avons ete invites pour un cocktail de bienvenue, les cocktails de sarah sont delicieux !! Nous y retournerons les yeux fermes si nous repassons en Martinique, ils meritent largement le statut de super hote !
