The ambiance was very VIP. We loved the food and the staff was very nice and provide good customer service. Overall, the property is nice and easy to walk.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Entertainment staff kept guests busy and happy. The food, however, wasn’t good at all! We did not dine at the a la carte restaurants, but the buffet was below average.

the staff was amazing! the beach was so clean while we were there. Entertainment staff and all the shows we saw were amazing! Definitely would go back in the future. the only down fall I have would be the food selection for breakfast

This was our first time at Ocean Maya, we picked the Privilege package and loved the “perks”. All the staff are so friendly. Have to give a huge thank you to our Butler Alberto and to Jorge at the Privilege hut by the beach, they took such great care of us and made our vacation very enjoyable. Food was great at all of the restaurants, we couldn’t pick a favourite, they were all really good. The buffet had so many choices of food. The pool and beach are well maintained and the grounds were very beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable, the mini bar was stocked every day and we loved that there were 2 small bags of chips to snack on when we got back from the beach. There were lots of animals to spot on the property from Coatis, birds, iguanas and we even saw a deer by the tennis courts. The resort has so many options for everyone depending on what you want for your vacation. The party pool was always rockin with the entertainment staff. We enjoyed the quiet pool and the beach. The property isn’t huge, we liked that you didn’t have to walk too far to get to anything. We have stayed at many resorts in Cancun and Cabo. This is a great resort and we have plans to go back soon.

This is merely my personal preference, I would have perferred some more Mexican food options. The attempts at internarional food was mediocre at best. Butter and heavy cheese and cream was used in many dishes where there should not have been any. I loved the mexican soups and all the cooked vegtable dishes at the buffet. Beef options were good. Overall the staff were kind, pleasant and wonderful.
